Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Telzee ("Service"), operated by Resultris LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To use Telzee, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Description of Service
Telzee provides cloud-based business phone services including call routing, voicemail, SMS messaging, call recording, and related communications tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- Circumventing any usage limits or restrictions
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (overage minutes, SMS segments) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Free Trial
New accounts may start with a 3-day free trial after completing billing checkout. A valid payment method is required when you begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid billing. We may modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
6. Call Recording
If you enable call recording, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws regarding call recording and consent. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording a call. Telzee provides a compliance disclosure feature, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Phone Numbers
Telzee provides business phone numbers for use with the Service. Numbers are provisioned through our telephony partner and remain the property of the Service while your account is active.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored data may be removed after a reasonable retention period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resultris LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
