  • Call records: Caller ID, called number, call duration, timestamps, and call status
  • Call recordings: Audio recordings of calls when recording is enabled by you
  • Voicemails: Audio recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated summaries of voicemail messages
  • SMS messages: Text message content, sender/recipient numbers, and timestamps
  • Contact information: Phone numbers and names of your contacts

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including call volumes, feature usage, login activity, and device information.

  • Process calls, voicemails, and SMS messages

  • AI services: For voicemail transcription and summarization (e.g., OpenAI)
  • Payment processors: To handle billing (e.g., Stripe)
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or court order

4. Data Retention

We retain your communications data (call recordings, voicemails, SMS) according to your plan's retention settings. You can configure retention periods in your dashboard. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and business purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
